How to Create an Economic Area of Higher Productivity and Greater Yield Reilly Roberts Jesse O. Sanderson High School Abstract This paper explores the ways in which a team of entrepreneurs can use product/service management, strategic management, and channel management in an effort to shift their small business’s economic resources to an area of higher productivity and greater yield. By using 5 different sources, one can acquire a better understanding of what these terms mean, how they apply to the world of entrepreneurship, and how to best utilize these items in a way that allows a company to maximize their revenue and increase their company’s brand image.
